This cosy cottage has a very suggestive setting, directly overlooking the brook, where crayfish and small trout swim in the clear water.

The living room with double sofa-bed, kitchenette with breakfast table and bathroom with shower cubicle are located on the ground floor. All rooms open onto the main courtyard where The River Barn's private patio  is located. There are table, chairs and sun-loungers for the exclusive use of this accommodation on the spacious patio.

An external path and steps*  lead down to the lower ground floor where the secluded double bedroom is situated. The same path continues down to the stream.

* only external access between the bedroom and the other  rooms on the ground floor (no internal stairwell).
