Rental rates are in Euros

deposit payable after booking. This can be paid in Euros or
British pounds sterling. The exchange rate is calculated according to official bank rates at the moment
the booking is confirmed. The deposit is not
refundable unless cancellation is made 3 months before arrival

End-of-stay
house cleaning included. |

washing and other extra costs must be paid in cash at the end of the
rent period. |

15% discount for bookings of 3 weeks and over. Further discounts for
long lets. |
